Thank you for visiting aarr.org ("Website"), owned and operated by AARR, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Website, content, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Services are provided free of charge and do not require a subscription. You confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

1.1 Permitted Use

The Services are intended to provide resources, articles, and information for members and visitors interested in conservative viewpoints and topics relevant to retired individuals. You agree to use the Services for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only, consistent with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international laws, including privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA).
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, their servers, or networks, including introducing viruses or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Engage in activities that violate third-party ad network policies, such as generating invalid ad clicks or impressions (e.g., clicking your own ads, using bots, or encouraging others to click ads).
• Modify, obscure, or manipulate ad code or placements provided by third-party ad networks.
• Transmit, distribute, or store content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate, including content that violates ad network policies (e.g., hate speech, prohibited content).

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 Responsibility for Content

If you submit comments, feedback, or other materials through the Services ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

3.2 License Grant

By submitting User Content, you grant AARR, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any form or medium, including for promotional or operational purposes.

3.3 Monitoring and Removal

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove User Content that violates these Terms, ad network policies, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, including content that could jeopardize our compliance with third-party ad networks.

4. Third-Party Advertising

The Services may include advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may use cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies to collect data (e.g., IP address, browsing behavior) for delivering personalized ads. Your interactions with ads are subject to our Privacy Policy and the ad networks’ policies. You agree not to engage in any activity that generates invalid ad clicks or impressions, such as clicking your own ads or using automated tools.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or ad network policies. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10 will survive termination.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Services with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
