By submitting User Content, you grant AARR, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any form or medium, including for promotional or operational purposes.
3.3 Monitoring and Removal
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove User Content that violates these Terms, ad network policies, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, including content that could jeopardize our compliance with third-party ad networks.
4. Third-Party Advertising
The Services may include advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may use cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies to collect data (e.g., IP address, browsing behavior) for delivering personalized ads. Your interactions with ads are subject to our Privacy Policy and the ad networks’ policies. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Services with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
